We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription packages. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription within 30 days of the date of purchase.
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals or upgrades of existing subscriptions. It only applies to the new subscription or upgrades.

Our support team will respond to your request within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your request.
