Refund Policy
At OVO PoS, we believe in our product and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is no longer available, a credit will be issued to your OVO PoS account.
Exclusions from Refunds
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals or upgrades of existing subscriptions.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@ovopos.com. Please include your name, email address, and the reason for the refund request. Our support team will respond to your request within 1 business day.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your request. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
